Where a Client's application calls for additional functionality above and beyond that provided by our standard packages,DataMasta is able to supply system design and programming expertise to meet the need. These services are available at reasonable rates.
DataMasta prides itself on it's after-sales support to it's clients. It is very easy to sell a client the required hardware and some software that will, seemingly, do the job. It is a different matter, however, to provide a complete service in which the client receives top-quality, independent advice prior to the sale and follow this up with full support afterward. We aim to respond to customer change requests and fault reports in the absolute minimum of time. This normally means that we advise clients of updated software within hours of receiving a fault report. We back this up with a support site which provides our clients with 24x7 support, by means of which they may download updated software and components at any time.
We have no specific hardware ties and will quite happily provide independent advice on this important aspect; we are quite content to provide such advice even if we are not supplying the hardware.
